Operation Hands & Feet
The force is already standing. It has never been given a name, an order, or a plan.
Operation Hands & Feet was built to answer the call of the Great American Recovery.
On 29 January 2026, Executive Order 14379 called for “...stronger coordination across government, the healthcare sector, faith communities, and the private sector...”
This population has never had a body that speaks for it with an architecture behind the speaking.
The offer is not money, and it is stronger for it.
The work is nonpartisan. The federal record is quoted only because it names these rooms together. No agency has funded, reviewed or endorsed this work.

The seats
Nobody is recruited into a vagueness. Each seat is named, so a person knows exactly what they are stepping into.
People already carrying the message, given a name and a plan. No ministry and no nonprofit is ever asked to pay. Their funders carry it. The work runs no meetings and holds no members.
Those who serve begin with the building work. Serving people directly waits for screening and training, so every person stays protected.
This work is never carried into a meeting. Ever.
The architecture is built. The education is built.
