It opens by invitation, and only once.
One room, prepared for one person.
Each room holds only what was prepared for the person it opens for: the architecture, as far as they are cleared to see it, a letter written to them alone, and the seat they are being invited to take.
A room opens once. From that moment it stays open for 24 hours, on that one device. Nothing in it can be downloaded or printed, every page carries the name of the person it was opened for, and when the clock reaches zero the room closes for good.
Every seat is offered once, to one person at a time.
